My child is a resident of West Virginia, and a resident of Randolph, Barbour, Tucker, Upshur, Pendleton, Pocahontas, Grant or Webster Counties. *

I have indicated the true age and birthdate for my child. *

I attest that I have downloaded the above PDF link and read the Randolph County Fair Children's Pageant Rules, I acknowledge pageant information provided therein, and I do certify and agree that I will abide by all terms set forth therein, both as a contestant as as the title holder should my child win a 2026 title. *

I do hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Randolph County Fair, Randolph County Recreation Board, the Randolph County Commission, and any of its members or representatives, from and against any and all claims arising out participation in the Randolph County Fair as a pageant contestant or title holder. I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred for my child as a contestant or title holder.*
