The Exhibitor/Vendor agreement as well as the fee form are below.

*Please note, vendors/exhibitors will be given two vendor passes for each registered day. These passes do not include rodeo, tractor/truck pull or amusement rides. Additional tickets can be purchased at the gate.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We make our best effort to ensure that all of our vendors have a good experience at the Fair.  Therefore, we try our best to prevent multiple vendors selling the same products.  We also have a limit on available electrical hook-ups, and accommodate our vendors to the best of our ability on a first-come-first-serve basis. Therefore, we reserve the right to reject applications if the intended concessions are an overlap of another, already registered vendor, or if we are out of the appropriate space/hook-up needed, in which case we will issue a refund. However, we recommend that you either email us at Randolphcountyfair@yahoo.com before completing the form below, including information on what you intend to sell and your set-up needs, or that you submit the form below without submitting payment until after we approve your application. By clicking on submit below, we will receive this form with the calculated amount due and you will be directed to a payment page that will inform you of the amount due. However, you can click off of this page without submitting payment until we have approved your application.
