I do hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Randolph County Fair, Randolph County Recreation Board, the Randolph County Commission, and any of its members or representatives, from and against any and all claims arising out participation in the Randolph County Fair as a pageant contestant or title holder.
