Welcome to the Randolph County Fair Craft Show vendor application form. Please fill out all required fields to ensure your participation in the event, which will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Please note this event is being held in a new location this year, which is at the upper complex of the fair property in an area that will not require crafter or patron gate fees for admission! Booth fee is $40 for a 10x10 space with 1 table and chairs. Additional fees apply for additional tables. Set up is available on Friday night from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., and on Saturday morning beginning at 8 a.m. For more information, contact Sarah Jimenez with questions at 540-207-2779.
