*The Event involves inherent or potential risks of personal injury to the participant or others or of damage to the property of the participant or others. The undersigned understands said risks and hereby releases and waives any and every claim for liability which the undersigned may have against Randolph County Fair on their own behalf or on behalf of their minor child.

*The undersigned agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Randolph County Fair, and any of the officers, employees, agents, representatives, and volunteers of Randolph County Fair Corporation, harmless from any and all claims which participant, undersigned (if participant is under 18) or any other person may have arising from any injury or damages which might occur from participation in said Event.

*The participant is in good health and has no medical, physical, or mental impairments or problems which will prevent the participant from safe participation in this Event or require special care,

equipment, or attention.

*The undersigned also agrees to the use of my photograph, video or image (or of my child’s photograph, video or image) to be used in future web pages, print advertising, news/press releases, and other advertising promotional work by the Randolph County Fair.
